I have no experience. Can I start?
Yes, most of our models started from zero. You go through training where you learn how the platforms work, how to communicate with members and how to build your image. English and an outgoing personality help, but they're not required. The trainers stay by your side until you feel confident.
Why do commissions differ so much between studios?
From platform revenue, a studio covers running costs (space, utilities), support staff salaries and equipment. Commission differences reflect how each studio splits these costs. Ours is 50% + up to 10% performance bonus.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 years old. Videochat platforms are for adults only, and age is checked against your ID before the contract is signed.
What kind of contract do I sign?
A performer contract, signed on your first day, which clearly sets out rights, obligations and how the commission is calculated. You're legally protected and there's no penalty if you decide to stop.
