The studiovenus.ro website is operated by Studio Venus, located at 121 Mircea cel Batran Street, Constanta, Romania. For any question about your personal data you can write to us at contact@studiovenus.ro.

2. What data we collect

Through the application form we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. To protect against spam, our server temporarily uses your IP address (in hashed form) to limit the number of messages sent; we do not use external captcha services.

3. Why we use the data

We only use the data to contact you about your application and to arrange an interview. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Cookies

With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance. If you decline cookies, these tools run in restricted mode (Google Consent Mode) without advertising cookies. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep form data as long as needed for the selection process, and no longer than 12 months if we do not start working together.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at contact@studiovenus.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (www.dataprotection.ro).
